In the town of Paita (Peru), the new school of the Celta de Vigo Foundation began its journey. This school is coordinated by Joel Namuche, who has received in the sports city of A Madroa, the formation of the method of the Quarry last May.
The school develops its activity three days a week in the facilities of the Sports Institute of the same city and has the support of the factory that has Profand in the fishing town.
The goalkeeper of RC Celta, Sergio Álvarez, participated in the inauguration of the new school last July.
This school has a strong social character, is aimed at local children with the aim of collaborating in the development of young people through sports. The school has been developed in collaboration with the Peruvian Institute of Sports and the company Profand, collaborator of the Celta de Vigo Foundation.
Peru joins the list of countries in which the Celtic Foundation has launched activities of a different nature but all of them aimed at the development of the youngest employees, using football as a tool for transmitting values.
