RC Celta won an incredible match against Villarreal (3-2) after coming back two goals behind in the second half. The great team play, led by Iago Aspas, allowed the sky-blues to get a decisive victory.
The match soon went uphill for the sky-blue team with two early goals from Villarreal by Ekambi and Pedraza. Fran Escribá’s men tried their best during the first half but were unable to score.
The second half was a sky-blue monologue supported by a masterful goal from direct free-kick by Iago Aspas shortly after halftime. Midway through the second half a sensational play between Hoedt, Olaza and Maxi ended in a goal after a header from the Uruguayan striker. In the final stretch Iago Aspas finished the comeback and brought bliss to the stands.
