RC Celta and Valencia CF have reached an agreement for the transfer of Maxi Gomez, who leaves the team after two seasons. RC Celta keeps a percentage of a future transfer.
Maxi Gómez’s great performance in the Vigo club, where he has scored 31 goals and distributed 10 assists in the two seasons in which he has worn the sky-blue jersey, has allowed him to consolidate himself in the Uruguayan national team’s listings, participating in a World Cup and an America’s Cup.
The club wants to express its gratitude to Maxi Gomez for his dedication and work during his time at Celta and the best of luck in his new sporting challenge.
