Skyblue academy players Brais Méndez and Iago Aspas joined the training sessions of RC Celta in A Madroa this Thursday after finishing their international commitments. Brais debuted with Spain U-21 and accumulated thirty-three minutes between two qualifying matches for the European Championship, a tournament for which the Spanish team has already clinched its presence. On his part, Iago Aspas started with the Spanish national team against England in Wembley, the scene of his debut with ‘La Roja’ in 2016, and was on the bench in the 6-0 win over Croatia.
Antonio Mohamed has already recovered six of the seven international players. With Denmark U-21 captain Mathias Jensen’s return tomorrow and no injuries, the sky-blue coach will finally have his full squad available.
