RC Celta and SD Eibar drew in the first match of the second round (1-1). Eduardo Coudet’s team was better than its rival but could not transform all the chances generated.
The first half started with a RC Celta in search of the goal, something that was found in the first minutes by Brais Méndez, who finished a good collective play. Shortly after, Olaza had the second one, but his shot crashed against the post. SD Eibar stretched the lines and also had some dangerous runs.
In the second half, a mistake made by the local team led to a draw by Bryan Gil. The sky-blue players tried in every way possible but could not score.
