It couldn’t be. RC Celta returns from Bilbao without points after a match where they sought victory face to face against Athletic Club.
The game became uphill at the 5-minute mark after a goal by Nico Williams. RC Celta didn’t lower their arms and tirelessly sought the equalizer.
Larsen, at the 50th minute, tied the game with a great goal, but the joy didn’t last long. Berenguer, four minutes later, closed the final result.
Carlos Carvalhal’s men will have another opportunity to earn points against Girona this very Tuesday, in front of their fans at Abanca Balaídos.
