Iago Aspas has received this morning in A Madroa the Estrella Galicia Player of the month for the month of April. The sky-blue striker has obtained 60% of the votes cast by the sky-blue fans through the club’s social networks, followed by Lucas Olaza with 25% of the votes and Rubén Blanco with 15%.
The academy player, who received the award from the hands of Jorge Ramírez, co-owner of Camping Ondas in Canido, showed his satisfaction to collect his second Estrella Galicia award of the season and thanked the fans for their support. “Thanks to the fans and colleagues for helping me get this trophy,” he said. Iván Sánchez, territorial representative of Estrella Galicia, was also present.
Looking ahead to LaLiga’s last match against Rayo Vallecano, where RC Celta must certify its continuity for another season in First Division, Iago Aspas stressed the importance of it. “We face the match as we have done in recent weeks, where we beat great rivals,” he said.
